Old lead back gutter which resulted in a catchment area forming allowing moss and debris to build up. This then resulted in mass water retention which over time caused extensive damage to the room below.
To eleviate this we raised the boards, and using GRP formed a new gutter. This removed the catchment area and now directs the water to flow out the right hand side into a hopper head. PROBLEM SOLVED!
